How Thankful I Am to Have Met A Person Like My Father-In-Law

My father-in-law is a reputable man with respect, which is why I admired him greatly. While he may seem easy going, you could see he also is disciplined. He was diagnosed with mesothelioma by mesothelioma specialists back then but you could see that he loves his child and family like it was a stream, a never-ending stream. The first time I met him was when my boyfriend, later husband, and I arrived from a motorcycle ride we had.

My boyfriend, then husband, arrived as we go to the garage. I had to wear a jacket I don’t like but little did I know I had admired the craftsmanship of the Harley Davidson jacket my husband got for me. I could clearly see that my boyfriend’s father was sitting on a chair, eating his saltine crackers beside him while he was browsing through an auto magazine.

His father right away greeted me in a flirty manner and said to his son that I could take jokes. I right away greeted him back and introduced my name, “Sarah”, paired with a dashing smile. Thing is that I did not find it offending in some way but rather, I remembered my grandfather as they share the very same attitude. I can clearly see that things would have been different, if only he was convinced to seek out mesothelioma specialists earlier.

We got married and was blessed with 2 kids. Every time I get to visit their house, I could see that he is on the same spot, eating as he reads through the magazine. I have noticed and seen these little changes when he does not usually do the things he regularly do. He does not have the same snacks beside him as he reads through a magazine, which was a bit odd. We noticed that it was his frequent stops to catch his breath is what slowed him down from arriving at the table.

The problem goes on as I remember my friend’s father had the same issues. Technically speaking, they have tried a number of specialists but hit a dead end as they found his father to be positive with mesothelioma. Back then, the gears that firefighters wear actually is made of asbestos and even asbestos fiber. It is true that firefighters really need to seek out professional mesothelioma specialists to ensure they are checked and diagnosed accordingly.

We tried to convince my father-in-law and it took a lot of tries and convincing before we sought the expertise of mesothelioma specialists. However, it was already too late when he decided to seek help from mesothelioma specialists and died 4 months shortly. His ashes was spread in Florida Keys, where he really was at his happiest.
